Kalyan (more old LPs)

Kalyan - "Nice 'N' Slow" / "Nice 'N' Slow" is from a 1977 self-titled album by Trinidadian soul-calypso band, Kalyan. It was recorded in Toronto, Canada. I'm just reading from the jacket here, which claims they were the country's #1 band for almost a decade before this album was released. If that's the case, then they would be one of the names lost in the early history of soca music, which is pretty cool.

Edit: "Nice 'N' Slow" is a cover of "Nice and Slow" by Jesse Green. Here's him performing it for the BBC in 1976.
