Bradford Cox can do no wrong. Right now I feel like I could be happy listening to his songs for the rest of my life. The rest of the Deerhunter band are also probably geniuses. I still break into singing the chorus of "Like New" at the most random times, and absolutely MUST move in my chair each time I hear "Dr. Glass", both songs on the Fluorescent Grey EP.

"Holiday" and "S.S.C." are from a virtual "7-inch" that Bradford released earlier this month on his blog, and they are way too good to be free. Not that I'm complaining.

Since I'm already raving about Atlas Sound and Deerhunter, I should also mention that Microcastle is jawdroppingly beautiful and hovering at the very top of my mental list of favourite albums to be released this year.
